5. Quotation, Orders & Acceptance
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days.
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by WEPA Solutions.
WEPA Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order prior to shipment or service delivery, including but not limited to:
• product availability;
• pricing or typographical errors, or administrative errors;
• export control restrictions;
• sanctions compliance;
• suspected fraud;
• inability to verify customer information.
6. Prices, Taxes & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the product page.

For Israeli customers, prices are subject to 18 % VAT unless otherwise stated.
- For international customers, VAT may not apply, but import duties, customs, or local taxes may be due upon delivery.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, or any other payment method made available by WEPA Solutions at checkout. WEPA Solutions reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
WEPA Solutions reserves the right to correct any pricing, typographical, or administrative errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
Orders are confirmed and may only be processed once the full invoiced amount has been received by WEPA Solutions, free of any banking deductions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Bank Transfer Fees
When payment is made by bank transfer (SWIFT or other international transfer methods), the customer is responsible for ensuring that the full invoiced amount is received by WEPA Solutions.
All bank charges, intermediary bank fees, correspondent bank fees, currency conversion fees, or any other transfer-related costs shall be borne by the customer.
If the amount received is lower than the invoiced amount due to deducted banking charges, WEPA Solutions reserves the right to request payment of the outstanding balance before processing or completing the order.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically and internationally through approved logistics partners.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, product availability, or customs clearance.
WEPA Solutions cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
WEPA Solutions may perform partial deliveries whenever appropriate.
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing or expressly governed by the applicable Incoterms® specified in the quotation, order confirmation, or contract.
Customers shall inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and notify WEPA Solutions of any apparent damage or shortage within five (5) business days.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in resalable condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customized, special-order, or products that have been operationally used are non-returnable.
Training tickets are non-refundable, but transfers to another session or participant may be allowed upon written request.
Refunds are processed within 30 days after validation by WEPA Solutions.
10. Training Tickets & Academy Courses
Training courses, workshops, certifications, and other educational activities offered by WEPA Solutions Academy are subject to availability, instructor availability, operational requirements, and minimum attendance levels.
WEPA Solutions reserves the right to postpone, relocate, modify, or cancel any training session due to force majeure, safety considerations, instructor availability, operational requirements, or insufficient enrollment.
Certain courses, practical exercises, or equipment are intended exclusively for professional users or individuals who have received appropriate training. Access to specific courses may be subject to prerequisite qualifications or experience.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to attend and safely participate in the selected training activities. Any medical condition, physical limitation, or other circumstance that could affect safe participation should be disclosed to WEPA Solutions before the course whenever appropriate.
Participants acknowledge that tactical, technical, and practical training may involve inherent risks, despite the implementation of reasonable safety measures, qualified instructors, and established operational procedures. By participating, each participant accepts personal responsibility for complying with all instructions, safety rules, and operational procedures communicated by WEPA Solutions instructors or staff.
Participants shall immediately report any unsafe condition, incident, injury, equipment malfunction, or safety concern to a WEPA Solutions instructor or staff member.
WEPA Solutions reserves the right to remove, suspend, or exclude any participant whose behavior may endanger themselves, other participants, instructors, or third parties, or whose conduct is inconsistent with the safety standards, operational requirements, or values of WEPA Solutions. Such removal shall not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
Unless a participant has notified WEPA Solutions in writing before the start of the training, WEPA Solutions may capture photographs, audio recordings, or video footage during courses for documentation, educational, promotional, or communication purposes. Every reasonable effort will be made to respect the privacy and legitimate interests of participants.
WEPA Solutions Academy is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and safety-oriented learning environment where discipline, integrity, accountability, and mutual respect are expected from every participant.
11. Consulting, Auditing & Custom Solutions
For professional engagements (consulting, auditing, testing, or custom manufacturing), the following apply:

A written Proposal / Scope of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement defines the deliverables, pricing, and terms.

Intellectual property created by WEPA Solutions remains our property until full payment is received.

Confidential information shared by either party shall be protected in accordance with our Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Policy.

WEPA Solutions may use subcontractors or affiliates to execute parts of the project under our supervision and standards.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables remain confidential and intended solely for the client for whom they were prepared.
12. Warranty & Liability
Where applicable, products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
Warranty claims shall be submitted in writing together with proof of purchase and any supporting documentation reasonably requested by WEPA Solutions.
Where a product is confirmed to be covered under warranty, the applicable remedy (including repair, replacement, refund, or any other corrective measure) shall be determined in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy or, where no manufacturer’s warranty applies, as reasonably determined by WEPA Solutions.
WEPA Solutions shall not be liable for defects resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, accidents, or any use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
WEPA Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product or service.
For professional services, consulting engagements, audits, training activities, or custom solutions, WEPA Solutions’ total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Your personal data is collected and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU GDPR and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any dispute shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms, together with any written quotation, proposal, purchase order accepted by WEPA Solutions, or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by WEPA Solutions to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other rights.
These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between versions, the English version shall prevail.
